Our ductile and grey castings & ADI Grade are made by the extreme processes of Sand Casting using Dual Track Induction Furnaces, Automated Sand Plant with a capacity 20 Tons / Hour, total capacity of sand plan is 80 tons.

Automatic Moulding Machine and No Bake core Making & CO2 Core Making. The cast iron is then processed through our Shell Core Shooter. We maintain the highest quality of our products through our Modernized Laboratory with Spectrometer, Image Analysis & Metallurgical Microscope, Sand Testing Facilities, Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine.
